2. How to Cancel

Option 1 — Via link in your confirmation email (recommended)

Click "View or Modify Booking" in your confirmation email and follow the cancellation steps. You will receive an immediate confirmation.

Option 2 — Contact us directly

Email: support@phuketu.com with your Booking Reference — we respond within 2 hours (08:00–20:00 Bangkok time).

3. Refund Process

  • Credit/Debit card: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • PromptPay: 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

4. Special Circumstances

We provide a full 100% refund when:

  • Flight is cancelled by the airline (evidence required)
  • Natural disaster or government order preventing travel
  • Our system error (wrong route or price charged)

We are not liable when:

  • Customer provides incorrect flight information
  • Customer arrives after driver has waited 60 minutes (free wait time for airport pickups)

5. Airport Pickup — Wait Policy

  • Your driver will wait at the Arrivals hall with a name sign.
  • 60 minutes free wait from actual landing time.
  • If you contact us, the driver will continue waiting — this is not counted as a no-show.
  • If you have issues, contact us at support@phuketu.com

6. Modifying Your Booking

  • Free modifications (date, time, personal details) via the link in your email.
  • Modifications accepted up to 24 hours before pickup.
  • To change route or vehicle, contact support@phuketu.com directly.
